I've been using this media player for the last several months and thought I would share this with those who haven't heard of it: http://videolan.org/

It plays EVERY media format for free, even DVD's.

I also have a small request. I want to record my modeling sessions in wings. Although I could just output it to my tv and input it back to windows media encoder on the cpu, screen capture software is alot less of a pain. What do you guys use to do this?

I like videolan. I've used it for a long time now because it plays the .mov files that Quicktime Player can't play, and the .wmv files that Windows Media Player can't play. It also plays files that's aren't complete, and of course DVD's. And switching to fullscreen and back is easy. I better update soon, and before that patent issue takes over.

Camtasia is VERY good btw, and fraps too (as long as you have win2k though as it chokes horrendously on Win98/ME)
