Here in Japan, the TV is going Star Wars mental at the moment, because ep3 is being released tomorrow (today) at the cinema.

I just saw an review on TV for some Indian piss-take called "aryaman episode1" which looked fucking cool low budget rubbish.
Unfortunatly I can't find any clips. Only this image:

There's some Turkish knock-off that came out years ago that actually pasted in some original Star Wars footage, and the rest was MST3K all-time badness. Could this be it?

If you do, here are some of the highlights that await you:

- space scenes where they obviously just played the original star wars movie on a tv behind the actors to make it look like they were in the space fight scenes

- not just star wars music, but indiana jones music (why not?)

- the luke skywalker character training by hitting boulders with his hands and jumping around with boulders tied to his ankles (to indiana jones music)

- the same character doing kung fu on a wookie (aka guy in a bear costume) while wearing a shirt with two holes in it exposing his nipples

- Toilet paper mummies

i have this downloaded actualy i've tried to watch it but the amazingly awesome stuff is scattered amongst amazingly awfull stuff,, like 30 minutes of peopel standing around talkking

I love the part where he kicks the arms off the wookie and then proceeds to stab the wookie with said arms.

Oh man! after googling I found that there are some knock off toys from the movie floating around out there! awesome!

No it's not that turkish one. Wasn't that made in the 1980's?

"Aryaman" is the name for an Indian God, they were speaking in Indian and there's Indian Bollywood actors acting (acting?) in it.
