Hey guys. Pimping something else that i can't quite say what im using it for yet, but could use some knowledge from everyone else here
. Im working on making a dropship that could do literal hot drops from Orbit to attack other planets, but also short runs. It could technically be based off the Pelican from Halo, because it has the thruster ports similar to it. I just realize it probably doesnt have enough for banking/rolling, but i think it has enough propulsion ports for other flying. The big "intake engines" ontop (by the base of wings) are the main forward thrust for it. It has two doors on each side, openable, and a slid out ramp. One pilot, no weapons, and a total of 12 seats in the troop bay. Also has another compartment to the ship, below the troop bay and cockpit (no details yet) that will be able to store supply crates. Side wing fins are rotatable, and the thruster ports on the main wings can move both left and right (if facing the front/back view)
CRITS PLEASE!!!, and polycount is 6182

I like the exsterior of the ship looks pretty cool, one technical prob as far as I can see would be those boosters on the sides,I think thy are too close the wing...when at max power the exstreme heat could possibly melt part of the wings.
Either exstend the wings out more or move them up slightly higher.
The interior needs much much more work, espcially on the smoothing groups as much of it is currently abit of an eye-sore.
Im not surte if you alraedy doing this but freeze the exsterior and build the interior as a new model, using the exsterior as a template, don't try doing them together unless your going for minimal detail on the model.
Nice work so far though, keep us upto date.
Oh ya got any wireframes?
