We are looking for fulltime onsite staff to grow our CG and game development teams.

Well, I'd say, your work should be pretty damn good in general, if you want to be a professional artist, don't you think ? Apart from that, there are already people from the States working here, so that's not necessarily an obstacle!

It's pretty easy for foreigners to get a permit to work in the Netherlands.
There are some nice tax rules for foreigners too if you get hired while you still live outside of the Netherlands like the "30% rule" where 30% of your gross income is not taxed. This is very cool since you pay a shitload of income tax here (minimum is 42%!).
