Been stuck in low-poly mode for awhile now, and trying to get up to speed on higher detail modeling. I have an opportunity somewhere that I dont want to miss out on, they just want to see some higher detail work in my gallery.
2-3 hours in MAX, just geometry so far, no textures. Want to take this guy all the way with full detailed mesh, clothing, texturing, rigging, rendering and fx.
I returned to this for a few hours to finish it up, and I borrowed that chin dimple from you Pior

Nice pic, not sure if anyone's pointed this out but with his ears pointed forward it looks more like a catman, then a bat, I'm used to seeing his ears on the sides.. just my opinion no shooting please..
Ha, your SPEED models are waaaaay better than any models i've actually taken butloads of time to make...hehehe. I need to practice, but Ut2k4, Half-Life2, and all my other comp games mock me whilst i do....dammit.

Here's a bunch of Zbrush doodles I did. Anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour each. I love this program! Most of them were starting from spheres.

Dekard you're right haha, I brought him into zbrush a few weeks ago and defined the mask a bit more, but his ears are more doglike now.
