We strive for 8 hour days and without compromising the quality we're actually managing to to stick to those 8 hours. More time spend on the job is well, in general because people want to, not because we have looming miletones and deadlines.
This is company might be small, but everyone loves to work on games, and that vibe just shows of in everything, so I guess landing here for my 1st gig... Well, I'll just call myself a very lucky person.
Yes, life is good at the moment and I am where I want to be right now. All the hard work and help from everyone has paid off

I might have actually done that, if i wouldn't have found out there are actually peas that they call mighty peas. That just made me like the name a lot more.
