My other piece of crap MAtsonic Mainboard burned out on me.. Thats why right now im on my dads comp haha.. well.. atleast we think its my mainboard.. we crossed out the powersupply and the video card because we ran some tests.. we don't feel like spending 50 bucks to get a test to see weather its the mainboard or the processor.. but if it is the processor im gonna have to spend another 250 bucks :S!

That being said, it looks alright for building a budget system if you are not doing any fancy overclocking, RAID setup, or SLI. It's got an old AGP slot, which means that you will probably not able to upgrade your video card in the future. Watch out for stability issues as well.
