looking for a particular vampire movie

I saw a movie about 5 years ago on the Independent Film Channel that was sort of a blend between the first Nosferatu movie and some of the other ones. I remember a scene from it where a ship comes to port and swarms of plague-rats swarm down the ropes. There's also a scene where the fresh pine coffins of the plague victims are lined up in rows in the town square. It was a pretty cool movie that had some good camera work.

shadow of the vampire maybe? first hte time frame, tho it was about a directer who casts a real vampire (willem dafoe) to star in his own vampire movie. good movie

Nadja? That was a vampire flick I've seen on IFC a couple times. I've never watched it though, I've just seen it on the program guide.

Oh yeah, Shadow of a Vampire was a good movie, really good cast, and interesting to watch.
