yeh, shading is good, but the base form and poses turned out pretty good (in my opinion) and until i get my scanner in top shape, i cant print out a copy to play with the shading.. *much sadness*

Don't bother with a copy to shade on. Just shade on the original. The very best advice I can give a budding artist is not to think (as they often do) that your work is 'precious.'

The best way to learn how to draw is to draw something, scrap it, draw it again, rinse and repeat. the same goes for modeling, build a head, throw it out and build another until you can make one in your sleep.

Any work you hold on to is in a sense, holding you back.

Burn and learn.

That is a good thing. Many concept artists lack of a good design sence. One of them is me!
