Reliable Cheap Web Host?

Hey guys, I'm gonna need to get a new web host soon, and I don't have too much money to spend. I don't need a ton of bandwidth or storage, just PHP and MYSQL. I'd appreciate any recommendations.

6.95 a month in US money, which works out at about 4quid a month in real money. I've been with them for about 4 years now.

I use IPowerweb, and really like the features that they provide. Very good control panel, great free plugins such as gallery, messageboards, blogger stuff. All in all, very nice, and good customer service.

I can also recommend Ipowerweb. I've used them for 2 years and have never had any problems.

A lot of folks over at GameDev.net use 1Portfolio. I've recently started using it, and it seems very nice.
