On the 2nd DVD of the Incredibles There is a part where they talk about this 'everyman' type of program. where they could tweak a human (or in the Incred.'s world human-like) forms to quickly make tonnes of different characters.
I always wonders why hasn't anyone (or have they?) put out a prog. that will quickly build a human -rigged,mapped et al. It could have sliders that would control hight, weight, body fat index, muscle sizing, race, sex, bust size ...etc. Another for polycount, rigging, etc. Another for face tweak. Then output a file .3ds, .obj or whatever is needed. And that's that.
It's seem like there is an army of guys and gals out ther doing the same thing over and over again. Why?

It's rigged too, and you can get the muscles to deform your mesh over top of it.
