Looking for a specific device...

I was just wondering if anyone had heard of something like this before: a keychain-mountable device that will play .wav or .mp3s, has a speaker (piezo or otherwise) so that you can play your favorite sounds at opportune moments. My mom really wants something like this for mother's day and I really want to get her one because she gave me life and all. I've just been unsuccessful at finding anything even remotely like it. Anyone know of any good gag gift sites that specialize in tech appliances? (I checked Thinkgeek already)
