Rocky caricature

Does anyone remember who did the Rocky caricature in 3d? I know it was in the pimps and previews, but I can't find it in the searches.

Anyways, the reason I'm looking is I spotted the same image hanging on a wall on the Contender. I'm curious if the person that modeled it had originally done the artwork, or if it was based on this poster.

It was based off a famous characature artist, but John Warner is the person who made the 3d adaptation.
