Quick Question About Dual Displays

How do I extend the taskbar onto the 2nd monitor? It's getting really annoying having to go back to the 1st monitor to maximize something on the 2nd one.

On mine it only has the taskbar on one monitor...stretching it across causes windows to pop up in the center between the two which is annoying as hell. I think the mode with the taskbar on only on the primary monitor is best.
