Best southwest food chains

So, my favorite part about the southwest is food:
1.) Rudy's BBQ (Austin)
2.) Roberto's (Vegas)
3.) Ruth's Chris Steak House (Wallnut Creek)
Ruth's Chris is a upper crust steak house, the other two joints are pretty much fast-food, but all are quality eats.
Man, The southwest is the best place on earth, everyone needs to visit.
I'd love to know about some great BBQ places in the Bay Area, anyone have any suggestions?
I quadrupled my money in vegas the first time I sat at the Blackjack table in a spance of about 2 hrs. I stopped after that.
