Great concept, difficult to live up to.
front looks cool. Side profile is bad though, flat, shapeless, zero bulk from the front view translated to the side. Overall, this character could use a lot of beefing up in the armor, and the character has much more muscle bulk in the concept.
Face seems generic and formless, with hair and all it's martha stewart. Appears as though a standard face was modeled without consideration of character from the concept.
Pose could be easily changed for better rigging, character, and weight. Again from the side it's falling forward. A solid pose would do wonders for the character.
Low poly mesh could lose a ton of wasted polygons, especially in boots and little accessory details. Let the normal map do it's work to carry a lot of that.
