I was just reading about all the folks at PC who've ended up working at Liquid Development, and other such contract art houses and it made me wonder...
Why not setup something like that with Polycount?
I know we have some seriously talented memebers, many of whom work in industry, be it via contract, tele-commute or in-house full time.
Just an idle thought.

So, some studios have a "no contract work" clause that prevents some of the more stellar of our number from doing this sort of thing.

Anybody have great organizational skills, industry contacts and perhaps a business degree?
I suppose I'm just wanting to express that this is an idea I feel has merit and is worth exploration.
I remember working on a steampunk game with godee, mte, marine, err... help me guys, my memory is dying here.
Actually, i hit my head really hard against a cardoor (long story) a few days ago, and i found out that i have a RIDGE/DENT in my head! wtf?
that might explain why i've been so confused the last week.
Because it has so many artists naturally people will be without work and there will be companies looking for people. I think if polycount.com were to go pro (in the sense of a business) I think an Agency would be the right way to go
I'm sure someone can prove me wrong though
