Data Recovery: Recommendations on utils?

Hello everyone,

One of my hard drives crashed, and I'm trying to recover some lost data. I had backed up portions of the hard drive to 700MB-chunks of rar files burned to a stack of CD's, but now one of the CD is unreadable.

Any recommendations on utilities for data recovery from unreadable CD's?

FYI, I had already tried IsoBuster 1.7 and extracted to a Track 01.bin file, but WinISO reports the bin file as invalid.

sledgy: Thanks. I should have mentioned that it was mostly portfolio stuff and WIP's, so I'm not too distressed (or distressed enough to spend hundreds or even thousands for professional help).
