QUAKE 2 HOMER SIMPSON MODEL

Can anyone out there in quake land tell me where i can get this model from its not the first homer simpson model that is on polycount i have that one already.this one im talking about is homer simpson 2 for quake 2.i had this model about 3 years ago and what i remember about it is every time he died or i think it was when he lost some health he would sing "i am evil homer!i am evil homer!"ive done a web search for this homer 2 for quake 2 and i gave up on it.i would really love to have this model for my homer collection.
