I think it looks neat, would look nice with some cell shading.
There isn't much to crit really, except that you have some wasted polys on the side of the head, mainly in the jaw area. You also have a five sided poly above the ear...tsk tsk
I'm sure the more wisened here can give you more advice on this, but your poly flow is, erm shall we say, not the best? It's bad practice to have areas looking like this:
Because what you are really dealing with is a jumble of triangles that get all angry when exported or animated. Generally referred to as 5 sided polies, try to avoid them or better still break them down.
