Firefox's settings and stuff usually reside in a Application Data folder, usually stored under your username in the Documents and Settings folder. Check there.

You'll have to "show hidden' folders in folder options if you don't already. Then do as Cheap says.

Documents and Settings\YourName\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\yabbadabbadoo.default\Bookmarks.html
