As neal mentioned, the teeth could use some work. Not just their weight, but their shape in general. Right now they look like a bunch of cones stuck randomly about, I'd suggest trying to capture the curved shape the original drawing posesses.

I rounded the teeth a little as mentionned, detailled everything some more, I think I'm done with the mesh...not sure I'll do a texture, I really did this as a quick exercise (3 evenings on it only) and want to go on something else
as for the body, mebbe I'll do one if I plan to normal map this boy, dunno...

Cool Zbrushing! My crit is that the teeth don't look like they are natural and made of bone, as they do in your sketch. Nice sketch BTW! He reminds me of the Sarlac pit

I think the teeth are a bit too wavy which detracts from their ferocity imo.

I can't help but think the gums feel too crimpled around the mouth, it looks like they're really dried out or something.
