Disapeering ICQ list

So i reboot my system today and icq loads up with a fucking blank list, telling me to add people to it.... This is the same list i've had for probally 5 years and i thought the stupid thing was stored online so its not like it would be something wrong with my system. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling an older version thinking it might be a fuckup with icq5 or something like that but its still black.

So anyway for everyone that has me on thier list give me a message, or for the people that used to and dont anymore or something like that add 10301291 because i feel lonely now without my list of 250 people =/

Me and a friend of mine that use trillian are having the same problems with icq today, too.

KDR, you probably have yours saved to your computer. I use trillian and havn't yet set it up for icq (no point when everyone I know uses msn). set it up a minute ago to check and my list seems to be gone.

ICQ was pretty weird this morning and even AIM. I couldn't get my buddy list to show up properly. This was using the official AIM client on Windows and Mac, and Adium on Mac. It seems to have fixed itself though ...

You might want to try again. Last I checked, ICQ stores contacts on the server ... I didn't had to transfer my contacts over to Adium when I was using Trillian on Windows before.

Hmmm, Gaim(icq) here, and not saved to disk (as far as I know), and everything works just fine.

iMag: Yep, Miranda saves it locally though it can add contacts from your online list.

There seem to be connection problems now, I constantly get disconnected. Perhaps some server is down.
