You could give him some tail animation and wing animation and maybe an extra torso idle anim and changed taunt (though doubt he needs the wings on the lower.md3 because he technically can't fly in the game)

EXCUESES WHY I CAN'T DO IT MYSLEF:

- gmax don't do .bip
- ms3d don't do .bip either
- nor blender
- a loss of vertex weights making ms3d animating hellishly ugly
- i suck
- and i like to beg max experienced guys instead because i'll technically never plan to have max experience ever even if i tried

Don't forget to weld/smooth all cos ms3d sux for .3ds export.
