the wheels definately need more segments and even ones too. looks like they are lopsided right now.
and post a wireframe version at some point, those are more useful to see.

smoothing groups, smoothing groups, smoothing groups. Right now it is kind of hard to make out the detail because of the smoothing groups.
Where do peoples feet go?

are
even - it's just the perspective view makes 'em look wonky.
Vig:
Ditched MS3D's crappy smoothing & rendered it out in MAX 6. I'll get footrests added on my next modelling session.
