I was initially going to make it into a 3 headed Komoto Dragon, but I think I'll make it more Raptor like with Dragon wings. I think I'll finish the low poly model by this weekend.
Basically I just want to Model, UV Map, Texture, Rig and Animate the model.....not turn it into a game model.

Looking the concept (that is very styly ) I notice that your 3D work looks more like some velociraptor than as your concept was.
Maybe you'll transform this after, I let you do this the way you feel.
An advice I can give you is to post the wireframe for us to crit your way to modelize.
Don't hesitate to test the soften/harden options for best render.

The model will be further polygonally pulled and culled, but this gives you an overall perception of design.
I don't know if it's necessary to make 3 different heads since I'm planning on changing them with textures.
Right now the major portions of the model are separated since I'm about to UV Map and get it ready for Rigging.

Basically, no school starting next week. So I'll try to make a skin and do one animation by the end of the week.
your concept has a really balanced sense of weights and volumes, I think that would have been a good thing to put into the 3d model. Musculature would need more work aswell having 3 heads like this asks an adapted musculature and skeleton aswell, mebbe you should look deeper into that.

I'm trying to make a sense of muscularture in the texturing. I was planning on just making a low poly model and animating it.
I did actually animate this thing, after what?....a year?
Basically, I wanted more training in the software before attempted it.
