    Very insightful thanks for sharing. It's a shame that after all that the skin looks a bit on the plastic side in the final image. Coulda used some more detail in the colour and spec map and knocked back the sheen I think. Some very useful workflow tips in there.

    Messiah is more then capable of realistic skin but as Tony pointed out he was trying to make it look like it did in the film, i.e. plasticy looking skin.

    Yep, I read it smile.gif Don't get me wrong, it's an incredible piece of work. I just meant that the decision to go with plasticky looking skin doesn't show the work that's gone into the model in its best light in my humble opinion.
