It appears to be.
"Secret" projects don't exactly attract modelers.... any lack of information with an excuse behind it won't.
"again" !
2: A bit of Art work/ Eyecandy or plotline (Even a snippet is good) is usually helpful.
3:Is this the only place you've posted your request/idea at so far?
