That is messed up. I don't know exactly what they were doing but I remember visiting a Ninja Gaiden forum a while back that had a guy posting shots of his own custom made weapons in game (Isn't that what most of us polycounters do?) Is this what triggered the suit or was it possibly them trying to hack the xbox live component where you try to rack up the biggest score possible?
Curious to know...

I think they made nude skins for DoAXBV. Well, if you release a game like that you're practically BEGGING for nude patches to appear.
