It's nearly done, still gotta apply the transparency map and tweak a few seams. But critique is always welcomed.

    Looks pretty good for such low specs. If this is for an RTS, how big will it be in game? If it's gonna be pretty small, you may want to increase the contrast on some of the details so that they're more noticable.

    The red on the arms should be added to other parts of the body as well, everything else is just green with a little shading. You could also work in some blues, would add some nice color.

    Looks pretty good, but as Soccerman said the texture definitely needs more contrast and saturation, generally to separate out each material so you can easily see what it represents from a distance - right now this will probably look fairly uniform grey/green from a long zoom distance... add some sharp thin dark lines where shadows are, and pump up the saturation in pretty much every area.
    Then it'll be pretty much perfect.

    Updated. Still needs some fine tuning but I agree it needed more contrast and saturation.
