Instead of plaguing the thread with this monster i'll give him his own.
The wings look fuct in the renders because they are doublesided. It'll be culled with a shader (with transparency and a nice sexy membrane curved edge hopefully.)
Yes, he's "erect" because it's easier to rig and skin the penis that way. Don't worry, he will be flacid ingame. :P Anyhows,

pecs look too low. he's got some general anatomy problems as well i think. torso is too long (to my taste. i dont know what kind of gargoyle thing you want to go for) and his legs are too small and kinda sausagey. knees aren't really any thinner than the rest of the leg. it looks like those legs would just be normal human muscles anyway. grab some leg ref.

He's supposed to be simple, "basic" and weak, by the way. "Basic", being as a base of other (very similar) gargs for the project i'm doing to make production time quicker. Also, i've only really done the skin in like 16 minutes, just slapped my laptop overlay on it just for the grain and color (and it works well it seems). Skin details and highlights will come later (if you seen my earlier gargoyle in my ut2k4 thread, you'd know that i'm not really finished with this guy yet
The mesh for your rod is a bit freakish, and maybe poly heavy. Nevertheless, refreshing to see some cock between the bombardment of boobs.
I can't help but laugh (laughing with, not at) every update I see from cheapy.
I think your definitely improving though. I would like to see you spend more time on the skins and put some more detail in them(last gargoyle included).
Anyway, is this a living gargoyle or a stone one? 'cos if he's stone...he needs cracks! Maybe even bullet holes
He might go into ut2k4 or even q3a, but the model won't be able to release anywhere on major ppm sites such as this:P
