it is nny, johnny, i threw him together last night. it is a character by johnen vasquez. he also designed invader zim. also here are some pics from the comic book that i used for reference.

His back isn't hunched enough. Create a bend in the top of the back and move the head forward and down. Also, please so a straight on side view as well as wireframes so it'll be a bit more obvious what can be moved around to improve the head's shape.

i made the changes that were suggested and few others that weren't suggested that i thought would make it look better.
