Feng Zhu's Walker Concept modified

So i thought i'd try doing something interesting. It needs a lower jaw still. It's eventualy going to be rigged and animated with a Gremlin riding it for some comic relief.


anyways it needs more details but heres the general idea. Let me know what you think. I'll appreciate honest critiques. ps. yes the bottom 2 are newer versions based ona concept i thought would be cool...just FYI and concepts by feng zhu

So here's teh plan so far.. I am making his lower mandible and he will have crazy teeth like that fish in finding nemo that attracts other fish using it's light.. those crazy kinda random long sharp teeth. then i was thinking about putting a set of small arms so that it can reach anything underneath it. then i am also making his head able to come out more and look underneath it's body sort like a hermit crab effect which could be damn cool. anyways i'll be sure to show more once i get more done but those are my workin concepts so far. thanks for the compliments Mr.Smo and Slaughter.

I def. attribute the concept to feng Zhu no doubt! I posted and apparently when i edited my post i deleted the last line when i pasted my image url in. I def don't want to deny credit where credit is due.

pheww.. glad that got cleared up.. I recognized this right away in the "what are you working on thread". and was going to mention something like bobo did.

Be sure to credit in the pic with some small text at the bottom. Thats the most professional way to handel it IMO.

Hey sorry about that this is actually my second post but my first model. I'm a forum Noob ya could say. Won't happen again i swears it. My roomate Mr. Rockstar wasn't here to correct my blunder... as he got me turned on to polycount...so once again FENG ZHU'S CONCEPT.

Some things of note are the hard edge on his head is an unmerged edge that i missed but it is fixed as of now and i think my detail needs to be stronger on his head. his head is pulled out right now but when i put my rig in him i will constrict teh neck to have a turtle like effect. I am really OPEN to other peoples criticism of this and would like some. I know i'm new and no one knows my name on Polycount yet but ya got to start somewhere right?
