Ok so yesterday I lacked anything to do, so I tried to export a test model into quake to figure out how to do it..and later do a serious attempt

Using the video tutorials by Hays Clard from Omita.com and the Lightwave exporter plugin from:

This is how far I've come, and I would like to ask what the problem could be?

I did..mostly..everything he did, but I have to say that I skipped some .skin "coding" and maybe that could be whats missing?

But then when you check the console:

whats up with that then?

all the .md3 files are like 162bytes big..which is kind of disturbing..I mean..162bytes, whats up with that

the model is not animated or anything, so I guess that could make the size so so so very small

Thanks

btw. I searched the forum of course, got like 1000 hits per search, most was about anyone tried Half Life 2, and was of no concern to me..

Ill look through it again I guess, but this still leaves the problem with the error in lower.md3
