ATI is pleased to announce the CATALYST™ Control Center skinning contest. As part of ATI’s efforts to personalize the driver experience we want to reach out to you, our user community, to share your coolest skins for the CATALYST™ Control Center. As part of this contest, ATI will be awarding a 1st place prize of a RADEON® X800 Pro for the most innovative submission as judged by ATI’s software design team. Other prizes include subscriptions to the Object Desktop suite of Windows customization software and subscriptions to the Totalgaming.Net suite of PC games, both from Stardock. The winning submission will also be considered for incorporation into a future CATALYST™ software release.

Create your skin files using SkinStudio from Stardock
Skin files should be created using SkinStudio from Stardock. A special ATI version is available for download. To see how your skin will look when applied to the CATALYST™ Control Center, just drop the new skin directory into the following location (assuming the CATALYST Control Center was installed to the C drive) – “C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\skins\”

I was thinking of having a go at this (wanted to try out some of the fundamentals I picked up on a few UI design courses..) until I saw the fineprint: "* This contest is offered and open only to residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec)."
