<u>Nuclear Dawn</u>
After a years worth of delays which stemmed from the leaked code builds and Valves shaky relationship with Vivendi, Half-Life 2 is complete and we are looking for a talented few to add to the eternal fiery hell known as our development team. In particular, we are looking for a lead programmer, someone who is witty, charming, has a keen interest in fine wines and would like to work on the most ambitious mod project to date. Ok, so maybe it will take a little bit more than wit and charm, so here is what we need:
<u>Lead Programmer:</u>
- Fluent in C/C++, with 4+ years programming experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong math skills (Algebra, Trigonometry, 3D Math)
- Expert technical design, coding, debugging
In addition, we are seeking artists for the following positions:
<u>Concept Artist:</u>
- Especially talented in creating environmental concept pieces. The ability to work in both color and black and white is a necessity.
<u>An animator:</u>
- Can create varied and realistic animations for characters, weapons and level props.
<u>A Sound FX Artist:</u>
- Can create realistic sound effects for weapons, characters and level props.
<u>High Poly character modeller:</u>
- Geometry only - no texturing or UV mapping knowledge required. High polygonal environment modelling also required, although a skillset relating to character creation is more advantageous.

Nuclear dawn is the world of tomorrow, sans the 1940s visual renditions and poor acting. No, we promise you much more than that; sporting a meld of the RTS and FPS genres set in a world devastated by the effects of nuclear war, you play as one of two factions competing for the last of earths resources.
Nuclear Dawn is being developed by a team consisting of industry professionals from all over the known world, and flat out cool cats from the gaming community at large. Lead by the now infamous DaveL, and his slew of custom created development software we are striving to create the ultimate Half-Life 2 multiplayer conversion.
