well, there is http://www.3dbuzz.com/ which has downloadable video tutorials. I don't think it is exactly what you are looking for, but might still prove to be helpful if you hadn't already heard of it.
I'm not so much looking for "how to use the program" guides. More of modeling method tutorials with examples and demonstrations. Correct modeling forms for deformations in low and high polygon models would be nice. I know studying other models helps associate form and flow, but the method escapes me.
I tend to model polygon by polygon using edge extrusion. I create shell like peices and blend them together, sort of patch like. This give me alot of control, but i'm not sure if I need that tedious control all the time. I also can't grasp box modeling at all. It just has'nt clicked yet as being efficient I suppose.
I just looked through some of the gnomon DVD's. They are very impressive and exactly what i'm looking for. Even the 2d concept dvd's would help, but they are extremely expensive. Has anyone viewed one, that could give a review if the cost is worth it?
