PCG Filter Not Working

Hello everyone!

I’ve been searching for answers to my questions for the past two weeks, but I still haven’t been able to find a solution.

I built my PCG setup based on the official Unreal Engine 5.7 documentation and several YouTube tutorials. However, the solutions shown in those tutorials don’t seem to work in my case.

My main issue is that there are areas where I don’t want vegetation to spawn at all, or only want it to spawn partially. Specifically, these areas are my village, wheat fields, river, and pathways.

I’ve watched everything I could find related to this problem, even at 0.5x speed to make sure I didn’t miss anything, but vegetation is still spawning in places where I don’t want it.

At first, I thought the issue might be related to layer blending, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. My painted landscape layers have a weight of 1.0. As shown in the video, both the brown Soil material and the Pathway layer are painted with a weight of 1.0.

I also wanted to ask whether my RVT could be affecting this behavior in any way.

I’ve attached a video showing my PCG graph and how the vegetation is spawning on my landscape. If anyone knows what might be causing this issue, I would greatly appreciate your help. I’m honestly running out of ideas at this point.

Thank you in advance!
