[PAID] [Remote] We're looking for a really fast rigger to consult with us on our rigging pipeline

Hi all,

I’m an Art Department Director at a game studio, and we’re specifically looking for a very fast character rigger to help us evaluate and improve our rigging pipeline.

Speed is the primary focus here. We’re looking for someone who can turn around solid, game-ready rigs quickly and consistently.

Phase 1 (Paid Test Work):

  • Rig 2 to 3 game-ready characters
  • Flat rate per rig
  • Expected turnaround:  1–2 days per character
  • Work will be done in Autodesk Maya
  • We’ll provide models, specs, and requirements

We’re not looking for overly complex feature-heavy rigs. The goal is clean, production-ready rigs built efficiently.

Phase 2 (Paid Consultation):
If Phase 1 goes well, we’ll bring you in (paid) to:

  • Walk us through your process
  • Identify bottlenecks in our current pipeline
  • Help us understand how to achieve similar speed internally

Ideal fit:

  • Proven ability to rig characters quickly (and hit deadlines consistently)
  • Strong experience with game-ready rigs in Maya
  • Able to balance speed with stability and usability
