Feedback on my first modular wall prototype (ProBuilder) + anime-style ground texture attempt

                                                                                      Hi everyone!

I'm new to this and am trying to create modular exterior walls using ProBuilder in Unity for the first time; the wall is still in development. This is for a personal project I'm tinkering with (a school environment).  I'd love some honest feedback on the geometry and the overall look.

Texture context: I'm not a texture artist (can't draw at all). For the ground, I grabbed a base PBR texture from AmbientCG and then tried to convert it to a stylized anime/cel-shaded look using just Photoshop.

I'm aware Blender can be used for texture creation/baking, but I'd love to see detailed documentation or a step-by-step guide on how to achieve this kind of stylized look non-destructively. If anyone has links to good guides (even if they're long), please share!

I'm especially interested in:
-Feedback and Improvements
-Guides and/or Documentation
