Ghaku - Horn of Ruin

Hello! I'm a concept artist looking to share my work here :D 
I'm game art student focused on fantasy and game oriented designs, looking to find some kind of opportunity soon. 
Open to blunt critique, especially on how useful my concepts would be in a game production pipeline. Trying to level up here.

    This is great so far! Love the character. 

    I think it would really help to hand this to a 3d modeler, and see what questions they ask about it. Creating a 3D game character from 2d concepts requires a lot of thought and effort, and hearing their questions will help you understand what's missing from your work, which they need to answer in order to create a 3D piece.

    For example the callouts in the bottom image are a great technique to communicate intended materials. However, some of them are unclear.

    What is the white callout at upper left? Is that fur? Snow? Flesh? Blurry and undefined.

    The blade callout at left, how exactly does that relate to the rough reddish shapes in your concept? As you've rendered them, they are meant to be reddish crab claws. So why exactly is the callout an eroded iron blade?

    The crab claw callout at bottom middle makes more sense, but I would suggest changing those claw photos to be photos closer to the style of your concept... which seem to be dark red thick heavy claws. Live lobster comes to mind. Also you should feel free to recolor the photos to better match what you're trying to achieve. No harm in improving the callout photos.

    There seems to be a lot about the details ( C-shaped connector.. so he looses the shoulder pas in battle or does his shoulder "carry" a a secret).. but about what for example his skin  ? Is it more soft or somekind of hard and "crusty" (later in the callout it's only... grey.. so i guess "soft").. his hand seems to be only thumb and "the rest" so that it perfectly fits into part he had token from the daemon he killed (but will not because the wrist of the outer shell will be too tigh).. but then on the last one you can see single fingers.. and now he is grabbing the "claw" be some "spikey" extension. His horns seems to be a bit weird with their muliple branching... it seems the "shoulder pads" have similar horns.. so are they the upper part of the head of simiar daemons ?? (but now grey because they are dead... ??)
     Also why is only his head completely covered with fur and only his head. And his feet.. which feet ? What form do they have ? Maybe some sideview.. does he have a big fat stomach or more some muscular one. Same queation for the butt. The top left callout seems to be his "face" with some slightly glowing  (or miasma-ing) "smile" behind the fur/hair.
    This other thingy is some display for showing his power level in game ? So why does it have not so branched horns and also some smaller ones.. and what skull is this now (or what are those horns on the other end..)

    I edited this after i seem to "see" some things later (like the skin).. so this may also serve as an example about:  How to introduce a character and his/her abilities.

    While looking and reading at this i got the idea: Is this somekind of hermit crab like daemon thingy but more powerfull; maybe using it's ability for glowing miasma behind it's fur to trick other daemons and "cloth" itltsef with parts of its prey Ghaku wears the screams body parts of his victim like trophies. In fact one and a half of the thumbnails shows more hair... but then :why are it's horns crystal like.. what abbilties is behind that ?

    So i think a concept should answer more questions than give birth to them. (Maybe also attack pattern because of it's hidden abilities..)

    But.. this are only my 2 cent and easy to tell when not modeling it  :wink:
