Role overview
We are hiring a 3D Animation Artist who can also handle clean Motion Graphics for product visualization projects. You will receive 3D modeling support from our team, so your main responsibilities will be animation, motion design, and final video output.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
What you will do
- Produce short 3D animations for product visualization projects
- Create clean motion graphics that match brand guidelines
- Follow briefs, story references, and structured workflows
- Apply feedback and revisions efficiently
- Use AI tools when helpful to speed up workflow and improve output quality
Requirements
- Graduate, Bachelor’s degree preferred (can be flexible with a strong portfolio)
- 1 to 2 years of experience in 3D animation
- Strong English reading and listening skills
- Fast learner who can adapt to new workflows
- Comfortable using AI tools in the production workflow
- Must be able to work on-site in Dhaka
Tools we commonly use
We use whatever makes production easier and more efficient. Our core 3D toolset includes 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, ZBrush, Blender, and Unreal Engine. You may use your preferred tools as long as the output quality meets our standards.
Portfolio requirement (read carefully)
We only review portfolios that include work created solely by the applicant. No copied work. No team-owned work you cannot claim.
If you use AI tools, clearly mention what parts were done with AI.
Please submit 5 of your best samples that show:
- Product-focused 3D animation
- Motion graphics quality and polish
We may request proof such as:
- Project files
- Source renders
- A short screen recording showing your workflow
Probation
Probation period is 3 months.
