Hi everyone,
Sharing some of my recent 3D animation work focused on game-ready animations.
These are gameplay-oriented animations rather than cinematic work.
I’m currently focusing on animation for games and interactive projects.
Feedback and critique are very welcome.
Open to commissioned animation work for game projects.

I see a bunch of commercials, and some cinematic/narrative pieces, just playing in the default sort order. So I'd suggest if you're targeting game animation work, you create a web page for it, and only show game work. All the rest is distracting from the goal.
The other thing is, it's difficult to for people to use a Google Drive folder. It would be better to use a dedicated portfolio webpage, for example ArtStation.
Furthermore, you could create a single video which is your 20206 animation reel. Put your best work first, and make it snappy. Attention spans are short, make sure people see the best work first, and don't have a chance to lose interest.
Hope this helps!

It would help a lot to indicate in each piece what exactly you did. You say rigging, but I don't see any examples of rigs. Can you show some rigging-in-progress screen casts?
I just realized this is in Artists Looking For Work, so I'll remove this reply if you prefer.
