We create cinematic animations, interactive demonstrations, and visual communication tools that help aerospace companies explain complex technology to investors, partners, and stakeholders.

We're looking for a 3D Generalist who can work autonomously on assigned projects while collaborating closely with our creative direction, helping our studio scale and take on more ambitious work.
What You'll Be Doing:
Creating technically accurate 3D animations for satellites, spacecraft, robotic systems, and aerospace technology
Building photorealistic renders and sequences that communicate engineering concepts clearly
Editing and compositing footage in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere Pro
Image manipulation and graphic work in Photoshop for presentations and promotional materials
Visualizing cutting-edge aerospace technology for industry-leading clients
What We're Looking For:
Strong proficiency in industry-standard 3D software (Blender preferred, but Cinema 4D, Maya, 3ds Max, or Houdini are also valued)
Solid video editing skills, preferably in DaVinci Resolve
Image editing capabilities in Photoshop or similar tools
Mastery of fundamental principles: composition, lighting, color theory, timing
Good taste and judgment to distinguish quality work from mediocre execution
Experience with technical or engineering-focused animation that respects real-world physics and constraints
Fluent English (mandatory) - all team communication and projects are in English
Bonus: Previous work in aerospace, aviation, industrial, or technical visualization
Who You Are:
Legally authorized to work in Italy (or willing to relocate with proper documentation)
Detail-oriented with an understanding that our clients' technology needs to be represented accurately
Capable of working autonomously on technical execution while taking creative direction effectively
Comfortable working remotely with clear communication
Passionate about space, aerospace, or technical storytelling
