Hello All!
I'm just finishing up a real time character, and I was hoping to get all and any critique you may have, it would be really appreciated if I could have some suggestions on how to improve her!

She's rigged and rendered in Marmoset Toolbag and based on the artwork by Peter Straubel

Looking closer, I think mainly the shading/ surface-describtion could be improved, as currently everything looks a bit evenly matte. For example some higher glossiness and subsurface scattering on skin and teeth. Skin could have some more pronounced color zones. Hair would benefit from some anisotropic reflections. Glasses feel a bit too opaque.
Texture wise, I think the distribution of dirt/ splotches is perhaps a bit too even, almost like cameo pattern. Value-wise trousers might merge visually with tights. The 'Spezialwerkzeug' text is perhaps too small and adds visual noise.
The deformation on the elbow and wrist looks a bit off in my opinion, the mesh getting too much out of shape. If its a static pose, you could consider correcting manually.
Ah, just looked at the concept. In my opinion, with some points you could take some liberties to make it work better in 3d.
Much success finishing it up!
