I once  tried briefly their free  license , then uninstalled due to severe lack of free space .   Haven't found it good enough to switch from Designer .   Now Chat GPT  tells me they introduced cool  vector spline based brushes  that stay vector after stroke  and have lots of  cool features  only seen in vector editors before.     Is it so ?   Sorry , I am too lazy currently to learn it deep myself  after catching  cold  few days ago and zero stamina .
Is this true?   I mean about the brushes ?

I ask because   chat GPT shamelessly lied  me about  same kind of  new cool features In Corel Draw  few weeks ago that turned to be just an appalling hallucination or maybe a commercial up sell.

Their changelist doesn't mention it. And their docs don't talk about it. They seem to have fairly standard brush controls, either painting into the UVs or painting by projection. https://docs.instamat.io/Products/InstaMAT_Studio/Layering/Layering_Interface/Brush_Properties

As you've found, the plagiarism machine regularly lies about product features. We've had this problem with our own software, people coming in saying that AI told them we have this feature and where is it? I'd advise just checking the docs instead, since AI is great for some things but accuracy is not one of them.

Thanks Eric      Now GPT finds this exact thread,  gives an exact link  and says  "no , no such thing possible and   I did  hallucinated"    Thats funny .   I asked it if any new cool vector spline  based tools  surfaced a while ago , whats new in vector editors in general and if  something close to old Expression software "skeletal strokes"   appeared.   it's when it invented this new features in instaMAT .
