SuperSplat is a free and open source tool for inspecting, editing, optimizing and publishing 3D Gaussian Splats. It is built on web technologies and runs in the browser, so there's nothing to download or install.

gaussian splatting and nerfs are actually a pretty interesting model for representing complex volumetrics like fur and foliage
they absolutely don't hold up for solids - zoom in on the demos posted to see evidence - and my understanding at this point is that the processing involved is a bit much for practical use in game/realtime environment but I do think there's something in this that could actually turn out to benefit game dev.
