Going to try posting to this as often as I can as I appreciate the feedback, I have been tackling with a rough project recently that I have currently 'Finished' however I can easily see myself coming back to this in a few years to improve is. My main issue is the quality of the textures, but since I did this across multiple computers and there was a lot of crashing, not much could have been done... but its experience for next time "Only use one computer!" (Who would have known?) But this subject of this piece is a Mimic, from those fantasy setting's? you go to your chest ready for your loot and Surprise! it's a monster! game over! that's what you get for being greedy!
I ultimately had fun with this, and I enjoy looking at how silly the thing looks with its tongue out and imagining it talking or something. Hopefully I will post again soon! see ya!

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD! BUT I AM BACK WITH A VENGENCE!!!111! In my Zbrush bust sculpt I decided to adapt the creature 'Black Sabbath" or "Shadow Sabbath" for copyright reasons in English speaking countries. I used stills from the anime and manga panels as my reference material and I STRUGGLED!! due to the fact this creature is in an inconsistently drawn setting parts of it just come and go... like its chin, half the time? doesn't have one. so, this was filled with me making calls of "Ok I Think based off the material this should go here"/"This should look like this" and most of the time it was me just picking something between 3 different answers that all worked!! it was a nightmare! but it was so fun! I hate how fun doing another stand sounds-... would probably do a full body... but that's a project for another day.
