Games for practicing Art

I am looking for games where i can learn while playing it. It can be environments, animations, vfx any genre really. But you gotta point it out.
- I played games like AC Odysseys and learned a lot about trim sheets and modular buildings. 
-Played Hades and learn a lot about 2d game environments


?? What other games would you recommend to play to learn Art ??

I would instead recommend making art to learn art. Since you generally can’t dissect someone else’s finished work without understanding similar processes you’ve explored in your own work.
