  • Work produced under a work-for-hire contract
  • Final deliverables must be original creations and not AI-generated or derivatives of any other works
  • Commitment to fast turn-around schedules (concept sketches, rough draft, final polished art)
  • Flexibility to handle one-off project assignments
  • Use of and experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

About JinVi

JinVi is a startup venture publishing card games and board games, with several games under development. We need to improve art for our games from prototype MVP versions before publishing retail versions.

About You

What is your rate schedule for creating vector art and raster art as works-for-hire, with conveyance of ownership and all rights? What's your portfolio link?

More Info

If we enter an agreement, JinVi will provide art (yes, generated using AI) for inspiration and reference. The artwork should convey the theme, spirit, and concepts. We would want lesser time investment and lower level of detail for each game asset, instead of greater time investment and higher level of detail beyond what customers will appreciate.
General descriptions of art needs for a few games under development:

1. For a card game: 5 vector art of cryptid alien creatures not found on Earth or in pre-existing media that are friendly for parent and 7 year-old children. Some detail closer to cartoonish on a scale between four-tone cartoonish and cinematic. If the game takes off, there are many possibilities.

2. For a card game: 1 raster art composition for a concept of the game scene from the perspective of in-game-world characters running through a maze.

3. For a board game: 15 vector art icons for game counters, and 1 raster art composition for a concept of the game scene from the perspective of in-game-world teams of characters facing off against each other. If the game takes off, there are possibilities for additional game scenes.
